Interested in being added to our usher list? Ushers are needed to volunteer minimally 6 times per year. Ushers should be willing to volunteer for a variety of shows (Main Stage, Young Audience, Comedy, Improv, etc). Usher responsibilities include: arriving one-hour prior to curtain; dressing in all black; being an ambassador for the Playhouse; directing and assisting patrons; general cleaning; concession sales; and more. Interested in helping to spread the word about Playhouse on Park? Please join our marketing committee. The marketing committee focuses on finding creative ways to promote the Playhouse. We currently have a need for more volunteers for various sub-committees including: corporate communications, library connections, senior relations, PoP Promotions Team: a group that represents the Playhouse at booths/tables at public off-site events, group sales and so much more! All meetings take place at Playhouse on Park on the second Tuesday of the month, from 6pm - 7pm.

New ADVISORY BOARD FOR YOUNG PROFESSIONALS
We are excited to announce that Playhouse On Park has formed an Advisory Board for Young Professionals. The purpose of the Young Professionals Advisory Board (YPAB) is to provide increased representation of young theatergoers, engaging members of the community with a specific focus on the appropriate demographic, assist with fundraising and marketing efforts, support the overall mission of the Playhouse, and to act as ambassadors for the theatre. The group meets monthly and participates on various sub-committees.

The Mayors Charity Ball / Fundraising Events and Activities Committee
If you are interested in helping find creative ways to raise money for Playhouse on Park and/or being on the core committee for the Ball, please join us on the fourth Wednesday of the month from 5pm - 6:30pm at Playhouse on Park.
If you are not interested in being on the core planning committee, please consider a Mayor's Charity Ball subcommittee. Sub-committees include: the auction committee, sponsorship/program ad committee, decorating, night of volunteers, and more. Host Homes Needed!
Become a Playhouse on Park host! The Playhouse frequently needs to house actors for 6 week periods. Some actors require private apartments, others simply a private bedroom and access to a bathroom and kitchen. Host once per year, or more frequently - YOUR choice. Just let us know you are interested, and we will add you to our lists. We will keep you posted of our needs, and you pick and choose when you want to and/or can say yes.
