About

The students of Room 207 are lucky. Their teacher, Miss Nelson, is the easiest teacher in school and lets them do whatever they want. One day when Miss Nelson doesn't show up for school, Room 207 has a new substitute teacher. Miss Viola Swamp just happens to be the meanest substitute teacher in the whole world. Now it is up to the students to find out what happened to Miss Nelson and get her back, or they will be stuck with Viola Swamp forever.

"A gifted playwright and composer, Ms. Cushing has created a musical that will charm anyone who has ever sat in front of a schoolteacher's desk-or, for that matter, behind it."
- The New York Times
