THE MAIN STREET KIDS CLUB: A MATHSTART MUSICAL
Grade Pre K – 4, $6 per student
November 12 – 22, 2013
This musical for young audiences explores math in a fun, musical adventure. The Main Street Kids use treasure maps, lemonade stands, math, and friendship to find success. By the author of Schoolhouse Rock Live!
HIGGINS IN HARLEM
Grade 6 - 12, $10 per student
March 10 – 21, 2014
Higgins in Harlem takes George Bernard Shaw’s classic PYGMALION, the inspiration for the beloved musical MY FAIR LADY, and resets it in Harlem 1938. The social commentary inherent in the story is that, just like in Shaw’s London, lower-class dialects in our country have limited Americans from achieving their potential.
A YEAR WITH FROG AND TOAD
Grade K – 5, $6 per student
April 28 – May 9, 2014
A YEAR WITH FROG AND TOAD brings Arnold Lobel’s well known characters from the “Frog and Toad” book series to life onstage, in musical form. Students will see that the cheerful frog and the grumpy toad, despite their differences, have a friendship that lasts through all seasons.
