These workshop will focus on the fundamentals of long form improvisation. During the two hours, students will do warm-ups, exercises and scene work that emphasize an external focus, a sense of play, getting out necessary information at the top of scenes and quickly identifying the emotional dynamic. But most of all, we will have fun! Students must have some improvisation and/or acting experience. Class size is limited to 16 students per class.

Heading into its third season at Playhouse on Park, the CT Cage Match Series rotates between Playhouse on Park and the Hole in the Wall Theatre in New Britain. Two teams compete, the audience chooses the winner! The winning improv team moves on to the next round.
