Free Lunch VERSUS Horse Lincoln.

Free Lunch is an improvisational comedy group based in central Connecticut. Formed in the Fall of 2008 by alumni of Claire Zick's improv classes, the group participated in the first Connecticut Improv Cagematch at the Hole in the Wall Theater in New Britain and emerged victorious. Free Lunch has also performed at The Playhouse on Park in West Hartford and The Buttonwood Tree in Middletown. Group members Frank Mohr, Kevin MacDermott, Rachel Fichman, Sue Voss, Teagan Smith, and Ted Felekey are all especially friendly and good looking and resumed their regular gig at Plainville's Zen Bar in November.

Horse Lincoln is the only improv group at the University of Connecticut that is based solely on longform improvisation.  Consisting of just undergrads from UCONN, Horse Lincoln has won several improv awards, including being named as the 2008-2009 CT Cagematch champions.  Horse Lincoln has studied under improvisers from the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, the premiere improv theater in the Northeast.
