FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Where is the Festival being held?
A: The Connecticut Shakespeare Festival, originally scheduled to perform at Auerfarm, will be held indoors at Playhouse on Park (244 Park Road, West Hartford). An unforeseen series of events (Hartford Courant article explains) prohibited the farm from being able to host the festival. The Playhouse lobby and patio will open two hours before each production. You can still pre-order meals to enjoy on our patio through Ani’s Table. Ani will have a bar on site along with some grab and go items. We will still have a couple of vendors in order for you to do a little shopping along with pre-show entertainment happening outdoors.

Q: What do I do if I had tickets to Auerfarm?
A: Ticket holders and subscribers are being contacted by the box office staff to discuss options. Patrons can also call the box office at 860-523-5900 ext. 10 to speak to a box office staff member. Those wishing to purchase tickets online, click Tickets at the top of the page.

 

Playhouse Theatre Group, Inc. will follow all COVID-19 Safety mandates as laid out by the local & federal government. As of May 19, 2021, masks are mandatory for unvaccinated individuals, and optional for vaccinated individuals.
Playhouse Theatre Group, Inc. will notify ticket buyers of any changes to policy ahead of their scheduled performance.
